Our after-sales team receives your form, analyzes its content and asks you for further details/information if needed.
3. We recover the product
In stores
You can drop off your product in one of our stores directly if there is one in your geographical area. It is necessary to present yourself with the ticket that will be given to you by our after-sales team. Please do not drop off any accessories with your product, as our team might lose them during the handling of the case.
Remotely
If none of our stores are close by, you must pack your product in its original packaging and wait for further instructions.
Our team will provide you with a transport label to be affixed to the box.
Depending on the case, the carrier will pick up the package at your address or you will have to drop it off at an access point (UPS Access Points mainly).
Please note that you will be charged for the transport price if your product does not benefit from the free after-sales service return offer.

4. We repair and return your product (We assume here that the warranty applies to your case)
In store
We will process your case as quickly as possible and return your repaired product to you. As soon as your product is repaired, you will receive an SMS or an Email indicating that it is available. It is up to you to get it back as soon as possible.
Remotly
We will process your case as quickly as possible and return your repaired product to you. As soon as your product is repaired, we send it back to you in its original packaging, at our expense even if the product does not benefit from the free after-sales service returns. A tracking number will be given to you for a better follow-up.
