For deliveries in the EU, our team will make the shipment within a 24 hours time-window if the products you have ordered are in stock. If the order contains special items to install and customizations, the 24h rule does not apply.<\/p>\n

For deliveries outside the EU, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. We need to do some export paper work prior to the shipment.<\/p>\n

For items not currently in stock, an estimate of additional waiting time prior to shipping will be communicated to you by our sales team.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Only orders with delivery are eligible for the right of withdrawal. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a withdrawal<\/a> and send the goods back to us.<\/p>\n

If something is damaged, we advise you to immediately put a comment on the delivery note describing the issue, to take a photo of the said note and to immediately contact us.
