Yes, in the case of EDPM and small parcels (accessories, chargers...), our team will systematically send you a tracking number to follow your parcel as soon as it is shipped.

For specific cases of electric scooters and motorcycles, we could proceed by appointment and not communicate tracking.

We deliver your 100% electric scooter or motorcycle assembled and ready to use by semi-trailer.

The returns are organized by our teams and are :

  • Invoiced amount is simply deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that in the case of rolling machines, we only take back products in new condition (we tolerate limited trial use that does not soil or wear out the rolling machine).
